After trying to help a neighbor keep her home after being neglected and abandoned by her ex-husband, I realized that there are lots more just like her and if I could do something to help them, then I will. I know how hard it is to start over and feel overwhelmed by all these new responsibilites. That is why I started Mother To Mother, an organization and network of single mothers helping other single mothers.

Hello Mothers. I have been a single mother now for approximately 10 years. I have 2 wonderful sons. As soon as I get through 1 hardship, and feel great of my accomplishments another on comes alone. I receive no support from my former spouse financially or emotionally. Its just my boys and I. I am in desperate need of a great job. I have an educational background, and work history in social services, predominantly mental health, crisis situatuations. I fear I could soon be homeless if I don’t find a job soon. Please if anyone out there can help me locate a jon in San diego, California I would be truly greatful. I know there’s a blessing out there for me. Lady’s God is always with us, we just can’t give up. Our children know how much we care and love them, and they will never forget our many sacrifices. God Bless.
